There is no fee to enter the regatta. Each boat must be a minimum of 16 feet, power or sail. There are great prizes for this fun race. CDS will provide and match up crew members and boats. There is a barbecue at the Portsmouth Yacht Club put on by the Portsmouth Rotary Club following the race. More than 25 local businesses help support the Challenger’s Cup Regatta every year through donations of their time, services, or prizes for the regatta. Donations of money help provide services to the people with developmental disabilities served by Community Developmental Services.
