2006 Sponsorship Form

 LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP

FRONT-NINE or BACK-NINE - $1200 each 

Your company's name will appear on the main marquee signage, as well as recognition in the brochure, and advertising. Your company's name will also be on the signs for each tee and green for the side you sponsor.  Additionally, you will have four complimentary golfers in the tournament.

AWARDS LUNCH - $1200

Your company’s banner will appear at dinner (steak or chicken), as well as recognition in the brochure and advertising.  Additionally, you will have four complimentary golfers in the tournament.

BEVERAGE - $1200

Your company’s signage on both beverage carts & beverage hut, as well as recognition in the brochure and advertising. Imagine thirsty golfers looking for your sign!   Additionally, you will have four complimentary golfers in the tournament.

PRACTICE RANGE - $750

Your company’s name will appear on the practice tee before the tournament as well as             recognition in the brochure and advertising.  Range balls are free for participating golfers.

PUTTING GREEN - $750

Your company’s name will appear on the putting green before the tournament as well as             recognition in the brochure and advertising.

HOLE - $500

Your company's name will appear on the tee and green for the hole you sponsor, as well as in the brochure.

TEE or GREEN - $250

Your company's name will appear on the tee or green you sponsor, as well as in the brochure.

INKIND   Urgently needed to make this tournament a success!

Inkind sponsors are needed for the following areas: golf balls, signage, give a-ways, raffle donations, prizes for hole-in-one, closest-to-pin, longest drive, etc. You will be noted in our brochure for the area of your sponsorship.
