Distinguished Service Citation
Portsmouth Rotary Club awards the Distinguished Service Citation to Rotarians that have generously provided time, energy and support to the Club. Recipients of this award are selected solely by the Club President.
The Distinguished Service Citation award states “In honor and with deep appreciation of devoted unselfish service to our club and community”.
